All of you commenters best get busy or you ALL are next in line for a pinkslip.
Based on history, I think you should start hearing rumblings in March. I would expect April, May, and June to be prime months. The fiscal year ends in June, so they like to clean up the books before new fiscal (July). I hope that I am wrong.
Nobody knows where they are on their managers staff rank list. My advice, do not have anything personal on or in your desk.
ADP did RIF employees already this year. The ones I know about come from National Accounts. Their last day was Jan 20.
It appears that there will be layoffs every year. This, since the emphasis switched from Client Service to ROI. Now, if you have been there awhile, and been successful, you may soon cost to much and be bounced for younger, cheaper, employees.
Best wishes for 2023.
Genesys Migration to cloud and telephone migration to Cisco webex. I am sure layoff is coming up soon within GPT
Yes there are many predictions out there for 2023 and could only suggest you all listen and be prepared. What we are hearing is 2023 layoffs could happen.
However, a peanut butter, or a jelly sandwich can still be good, especially if you are hungry.
Of course there will be layoffs in 2023. This is ADP's "secret of success" and main strategy plan. Can't imagine ADP without layoffs. Like having a peanut butter sandwich without jelly.
