Is this going to be an interesting year as it relates to BHP Billiton layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Can you imagine being on an interview panel and told by your manager to change your evaluation of 5 candidates so that her preference, and friend of her inner circle, gets the job despite the candidate being totally inadequate for the role meaning BHP miss out on hiring exceptional talent and instead gain another “problem”.
Absolutely diabolical! But that’s BHP for you.
I would assume they don’t given that the wicked witch of project services took a package. I expect the id--ts at BHP to take her back with open arms to continue to their inequality agenda.
The good news is that the new Woodside organization is rid of this id--t and the mo--ns that BHP brainwashed into thinking she was capable, able and intelligent enough to lead such an organization will be outed quicker than they think, sorry snowflakes Woodside operates in the real world. You gotta earn your stripes, positions will be awarded based on merit, something BHP forgot about a long time ago.
I wonder if Woodside will have the same overt and open gender discrimination that BHP had during the last few rounds of pre-merger layoffs.
