Probably in Rochester, MN December 2023 or March 2024. Alot closed door meetings Endless meetings giving the illusion of transparency from management and with no real inclusion. No broad in person statement from those in charge. Management on a covert war path to trim despite smiles.
That place is awful! I worked in Angleton and them laying me off years ago was a blessing in disguise
Key words/phrases to look for: restructuring, innovation, automation, hiring freezes, more closed meetings, vague direction...... etc...
