salary of $250K (us dollars) for software developer, top notch management, excellent product, great benefits. what else one could want or dream about? Many people would leave Google or Amazon if they get an offer from Qlik!

Not sure who wrote this but salaries at Qlik are not that high and its like any developer environment, you really have to be top of your game to earn this salary with hundreds of developers globally and many acquired products to be embedded in the cloud offering you face a high volume of work
Good luck in getting $250K per year per developer these days. If you do, you will be axed at the next RA.
The environment for an US engineer is very toxic, even abusive and involves quite a bit of gaslighting. You will pay with your health to get those kind of money.
