Will there be any Davita layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

So, keys to the DaVita kingdoms have been given to India (IT Operations, Finance, Payroll). Way too many jobs leaving the USA to support the India culture. DaVita believes in Community first, unfortunately the community they are supporting now is in India.
A Director on a team with employees being laid off sent the below in a newsletter today. Insulting or just ignorant? I’m losing my job so no. I’m not “super excited” for the year ahead.
It’s hard to mention 2023 without getting super excited for the year ahead! Not because we have big new major initiatives and plans, but because we have positioned ourselves this year, to be incredibly successful next year. We spent 2022 learning, planning, and adjusting in order to prepare for the heaviest part of the CWOW roll-out. While that’s a relatively easy concept to understand, putting it into practice has been incredibly complex and you have all handled it like champions!
You have been creative, smart, and open-minded as we have all had to re-imagine what every part of our Service Excellence organization looks like going forward. Many of the changes over the last year haven’t been easy but they have been leading us to a place where we can support this major rollout while still keeping up with all of the other products and services that make our DaVita-verse run
