Breakup and bankruptcy in 2023?
I guess that's why they're projected to hire 10,000 Ppl this year...
No...there's going to be breakup and bankruptcy in 2023.
My Boeing job is just fine they are hiring like crazy. Which means a layoff is coming they always hire, hire then do layoffs as long as they don't lay off to many people like last time they need the young ppl that can actually work on the plane because the old heads can crawl through the plane or have "restrictions" cuz they don't want to do the job anymore but want the pay. It's mostly against that are the laziest in the factory and play the system. But I don't see layoffs in manufacturing not with the deals they just made but the tech sector has been getting cut nationwide I can see that side cut..
just had my year end review and my manager told me 15% layoffs next year but all IAM. SPEEA engineering are getting 12% raises.
Boeing is now longer a career path. It’s a stable of employees that can’t quite retire yet! There’s no future with Boeing. Forth quarter results will address all the concerns any employee should have about their career.
Interns are not coming back and last remaining senior engineers are leaving in droves. No hiring freeze until bankruptcy. So if you are working at McDonald's, Boeing will still hire you.

I expect the military programs that have been losing will see see a manpower reduction when the program gets finished. T-7, MQ-25, Air Force 1, tanker etc. That’s been in Boeings playbook the last 30 years.
If you think 3rd quarter report was bad, wait until you see 4th quarter.
Please feed me rumors, innuendo, gossip, chatter.
as a drooling shut-in I need meaningless affirmations
that the world is darker outside my shell
Sad 🤣
Anybody that doesn’t think that their job security with Boeing won’t be in jeopardy in the first and second quarter of next year is a fool!
