Many many many more than 100. Avaya just claimed people of a certain age were let go for performance, thereby stripping them of their legal protections. This is an organized scam....the "100 people impacted" was planted to hide from the real number and the real ages of those impacted.

Adobe is skirting the aw
Letting some people go under a "layoff".
Others. On same day. They claim "performance" yet Adobe operates sans a policy for performance improvement.
S-H-A-D-E-Y and SUSPECT. They have created an environment to insulate themselves from legal action. People unite.
What is the process at Adobe? I can't find anything on the intranet about how they manage performance improvement plans. Please share. A friend in my group was informed and they were shocked. Is this normal?
