Do you think we are safe until after the holidays? I feel like this management group would be the type to layoff people the week before Christmas, they did invite everyone back into the office for a week in the middle of Covid to lay a bunch of poor people off.

If you want to work at TC you may want to work on your communication skills.

People tend to complain a lot here. Get a real job out there to see how things are. Example: go work in Big 4, consulting and engineering firms you’ll see long hours and mediocre bonuses. No more leaving at 3:50 saying you so called worked during lunch time pension and easy bonuses. Leave your job to folks from us trying to get in TC.

Starts this month, December and runs through March. Some individuals are already transitioning to other departments or getting let go. Interesting since leaders have a meeting in NO the week of the 5th. Doesn’t make any sense.

Hunter Jr. aka Train Lady knew the right time to bail and fail up after causing a bunch of destruction with her ego and incompetence.

Growth projects are about to dry up in the next couple years and then it will be operations mode. I suggest switching over to operations if you want to survive. Reminds me of the late 90’s.
