Weren’t we supposed to have our Year-End Performance Evaluation scores be available in Workday earlier this week? Not like it would make any difference, but I believe we were going to be able to respond before the month end on Wednesday.

If you didn’t yet, go log into the old Workday instance and download your manager’s response to your latest year end touchpoint. That way if they try to give you a sh---y stack rank but they gave you a glowing touchpoint review you have some evidence of what might be constructive dismissal. They took a beating on their debt sale (good!) so there’s no telling how underhanded they’ll get to avoid paying people severance.
How about y’all just be thankful you have a job right now 🤣
It's hard to know which deadlines are real or even matter in the overall scheme of things. As more managers and employees exit CSG in the coming weeks and months, it will become increasingly difficult to keep track of the most current reporting structure.
Seems like things are getting worse. Lord get me out of this dumpster fire.
Not much has gone to plan so far in the transition....
The date for manager submissions was changed to November 23 after managers and people complained that a few days was not enough time. Some people's previous managers were still in the system but had been let go; new managers had to be assigned in the system just for this purpose of submitting performance reviews -- in the cases I know of, that person isn't even a "real manager" to that person, never meets with them, has no direct knowledge of their new "direct report's" work and is operating on what's in the system already (previous reviews). The new date when employees would see their rating was not given yet as far as I know.
