I used to be proud to work here and I'm a bit nostalgic for TD the way it used to be. I was very frustrated by all the wrong moves that drove this company to the ground.
But is it worth thinking about it? If the leadership doesn't care, I don't see the point of any of us caring anymore. All bitter criticism is in vain.

Don't waste any time sending recommendations. You are working for a legacy company who denied cloud too long and moved away from industry solutions. All TDC can become is a "me too" Snowflake but they can't even do that since their code base is old and brittle. Move on to greener pastures....
I like this company for the people and the technology. Before leaving maybe you should write down all of your recommendations and send them to Jord* Al*. No harm to do that. You could help leadership and I believe there is a reward for suggestions.
