Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

My energy is drained

Trying to make my job safer, I didn't set any boundaries and now I work for three people. My mistake.
I don't even know how I manage to do all that work, but it is certain that my health is already starting to suffer.
Is there anyone here who doesn't do double or triple workloads and who doesn't feel completely squeezed?

OP is a fool. The amount of work has nothing to do with whether you will get laid off. If you're working that hard and in a senior role, you're still gonna make the list. Don't drink the company Kool aid about ownership and all that. You get sacked anyhow no matter how hard you work in the sweatshop.

That’s your own fault for doing that much work. Check back in…in a year and let us know how it all worked out for you.

we use agile methodology so everyone knows what everyone is working on. I am guessing that you don't use this methodology in your work area.

Learn to say NO and Don't work more than 8 hours a day.
If your three managers want to get the work done, they need to fight among themselves what should be prioritize or get more resources. If they don't, document this and you'll have proof that they set you up for failure. It's sad that you have to do this to protect yourself but it's the only way it works in a toxic company like Dell.

Feel your pain, been there done that. I find that extra effort is better spent on your development for your next role and/or a side hustle for some extra income and security.

Nope.Everyone is beat.
I work in sales and its more work, higher targets, less money and ever increasing pressure.
All so the shareholders get paid.
A package would be a huge relief.
Hang in there.Its coming.
