Only a complete ignoramus does not see that the company has too many issues. Nevertheless, our leaders still keep saying that everything is OK. Why do they do that? That's not the right approach to solve problems here.

Not to mention the layoffs in Hong Kong (Sourcing).. so seems a lot impacted, but no clear communication on overall real situation
I heard from someone inside management in Canada the plan is to layoff 50% of staff
Keep saying it’s fine. Today the Herzo people found out we are now in 6billion of debt and no money in the bank because KR and HO decided to keep “buying back shares” to boost the share price, which continued to plummet, and to buy back the shares we needed to borrow money. What a shitshow. And now the Chief Finance guy who decided this is a great idea with KR is the acting CEO. Wow. Give me that job please!
Dass Ler is absolutely right…. the silos go all the way to the board… BUs and Markets, each all fighting for their own P&L in a vacuum. This means no single team can afford to take the risks or invest in innovation, there is no cohesive plan.
KR seemed to prefer it that way… And BG is either not interested, or not able, to bring a clear top-down vision for product creation that considers a global and BU-agnostic strategy.
Their own little BUs are still making money and the company is too siloed to think about the bigger picture. Never mind that Adidas was in a good position a few years to catch up to Nike in the US when Herbert left. Kasper destroyed everything that was built up and the leaders who stayed were part of this!
