I'm considering joining but I want to make sure to do my research before I make any moves I can't undo. The company I currently work for is a toxic cesspool, and I'd like to know that I won't find myself in a similar situation if I join Crane. I also think this is the place to get honest info, and not the usual HR fluff from some of the other sites like Glassdoor. Any help would be appreciated.

If there is nothing else available and you need a job, go work at Crane. If you have other offers, by all means take one of those!
Go to a hypnotist. Have any memories of the Crane Co erased to the point that it no longer exists in your mind as a potential employer. You will live a happier life.
