BU cuts are in Q4 22, Manufacturing and administrative services are in Q1 23

I remember Black Friday Maybe 12 or 15 years ago. There were great deals to be had on white label flat screen TVs and DVD players with the Poloroid, Kodak, or even Westinghouse brand on them.

$10B cost cutting in 2023 was the commit. Although, it is a strangely large, round number so, my guess is that at best that is $10B cut from prior planned growth (like government accounting)... and a good bit of marketing arm waving.

As Intel need to spends huge sums for IDM and IFS. They come from behind for both scale and technology, more and big cuts are going to be needed

Most teams are considered worst case scenario and may only have one round so far to be announced Q1
