Cranberry Management is notorious for ignoring issues, they will call in 1 of 3 technicians who know the robotics very well and how to identify major issues and report back what they find. Once the evidence is presented to management the technicians are disciplined for following orders given by management because the site technicians whine and cry they are being harassed and bullied. Sadly the majority of the issues are cleaning and sterility issues. There is no standard operational procedure for cleaning the robotics. Each facility technicians cleans the way they want. Most sites do not have the required cleaning equipment needed for proper cleaning and sterility.
There is a serious lack of communication between management and the teams who actually are on sites running the equipment. Imagine being a technician on site with Pharmacy Directors with hoopty broken down machines, your site manager / client service manager ignores the sites Directors call and e-mails so the face of OmniCell aka the Technicians on site are the ones who have to stand and be yelled at, degraded and questioned about issues that are above their pay grade and training . OmniCell does NOT ever have their employees backs. ...No matter if it is a site violating FDA regulations, policy and procedures The site is always right.
Site managers have no training in Compliance and Safety, Basic Human Resource or Federal Laws that protect non management employees. Managers have no basic knowledge, comprehension, understanding or education in Labor Law.
Management believes and acts as though they are above Federal Employment and EEOC law.
DO not get hurt, you will be lucky if your manager knows how to file a workers compliance claim. A fellow employee was forced to wait over 5 weeks to be seen by a Doctor after a work injury because Cranberry management team did not know how to to file a claim.
Sounds like someone got laid off......
You are the only employee that feels great company. You must be kissing some as--s over there. The company is bogus with no value for Engineering, bullyed by losers in east coast Leadership while west coast is the only company making money for Omnicell.
This comment seems more appropriate for Glassdoor, not a site called the layoff.
