Even with the supposed 10k being cut in early 2023, that's still a small percentage of the overall 150k. You have a 1 in 15 chance that you'll be affected. That's if we disregard the consideration for higher performers, which we shouldn't. In any case, I'll take that chance and continue to live stress-free.
