3 rounds.... the first and the second already passed.... the 3rd and last will happen after the fiscal year closes which is November 30th, so yes.. expect layoffs in December as all the budgets are already finalized..
There might be some in January but not as big as the previous rounds and most likely due to arrangements of resources here and there...
Expect cuts. December is the time to do it. Going into 2023 with a clean sheet. Also it was announce prior to the acquisition being final that there would be a first round after closing and a second round in December. Expect a third round in 2023.
In his last message to staff TK said AOP will be done by 30 Nov and "impacted staff" will be notified in early Dec thru early Jan.
There will definitely be more staff terminations in December with scant regard for business continuity.
Citrix itself also holds a record in layoffs end of the year.

TK may have a reputation for being cold, heartless, and a self-absorbed bean counter, but he is not stupid. Also, the PE owners don't want CSG to get more negative press coverage.
Customers don't want to be associated with a company that has no moral compass. CSG needs some stability, at least until January, when the headcount issue can be revisited.

December is as good as any for layoffs. I’ve been laid off in December before, a week before Xmas at that!
