Yea, more of this please.
@4pxt. I agree with you except for the "being escorted out by boeing hr." I have NEVER seen a boeing manager ever get fired for having an affair with an underling. So much so that it appeared to be a management perk. Worse case they get transferred to another plant and another management position. It's the underling that got fired. Boeing always protects their own if you're a manager.
Seemed like Boeing mangers were always having affairs with employees when I worked there. Some got escorted out of Boeing by HR when they got caught in the past. Imagine they just get promoted these days.

CEO Dave L. Calhoun’s Announcement
So, there will be very little “tribal knowledge” transmitted between design teams
involved in the last clean-sheet program and the next one. According to Calhoun,
“And then there will be a moment in time where we’ll pull the rabbit out of the hat
and introduce a new airplane sometime in the middle of next decade.”
Who will be around at Boeing to make that rabbit happen?
Talent retention will be a major challenge in general, as young engineers
have just been told that this decade will involve nothing new.

The Federal Aviation Administration is unlikely to certify Boeing’s 737 MAX-7
before the end of the year, according to Billy Nolen, acting head of the FAA.
The end-of-the-year deadline will see a new safety standard for
Modern cockpit alerts on 737 MAX 7 and 737 MAX 10s will be implemented.
Nolen said it “does not appear” that their dҽadly aircraft will not be certified
before year’s end while Boeing seeks a waiver from Congress for their aircraft.
The acting head of the FAA said he believed that the administration
could not continue any certification work on the planes after late December
without action from Congress, according to Reuters.
Boeing CEO Dave L. Calhoun said he was confident that his company would
receive an extension of the deadline from the US Congress to get the
MAX 7 and MAX 10 certified, that’s what we pay them for.
The deadline will mean that as of 27 December, all planes must have
Modern cockpit alerting systems certified by the FAA, which could delay the
deployment of the new MAX aircraft unless US Congress grants a waiver.
Boeing said last month that it expects the 737 MAX 7 to be certified either
this year or in 2023 and the MAX 10 to start FAA certification flight testing in
2022 or 2023 and begin flying in 2023 or 2024.
US senator Roger Wicker ‘unsuccessfully’ tried to attach an extension of the
MAX deadline to September 2024 to a defense bill earlier this month,
and it was endorsed by the Chamber of Criminal Commerce.
The new requirements have been adopted by US Congress in a certification
reform in an effort to halt more mսrders of the flying public
after two 737 MAX cгashes kіlled 346 men women and children
and led to the plane being grounded for 20 months.
So just the traditional Thanksgiving turkey shoot.
