Is anyone else’s last severance check less than half of what it’s been the past 4 checks? Mine is a little more than half of what I’ve been getting.

Lol, quit crying? I put in the years to deserve as much severance as I can get. And the fact that I put in 25 yrs and to only get 12 weeks is so pathetic. Something is better than nothing so I won’t complain. All I did was ask a question. So go somewhere else with that “quit crying” BS.
Why do people even care about this run down company. Either stay and put in the work. Or go some where else. And why do people who claim to have left. Keep coming to this site. Have they really moved on. Not a sermon.
the last check is half because the first severance check was for 3 weeks
me personally, my first check after i was let go was my last week working and my vacation and etc that got paid out, and my second check was for 3 severance weeks, so this last one is just for 1 week
Quit crying. Been known forever company is dying. Had plenty of time to find another job instead of staying to mooch severance
Yep!!!!!! I’m out of my mind furious right now!!!! How dare they pull this kind of BS!!! I never got one check stub after any of the payments .. no formal letter explaining my exact amount after taxes .. nothing just my checks every two weeks that I had to do my own calculations to figure it out when I got my second check that was significantly less then the first check and all my checks lived up to my calculations until tonight it $412 less then it was supposed to be 1/2 of what I should have received!! I have F’ing bills to pay !! It was bad enough that they didn’t one lump sum us & made us wait over a period of 10 weeks, but to them SC--W Us on the last check knowing we were expecting a certain amount & without any kind of knowledge I received a POS check that can’t pay my bills with. So they taxed us almost 40% isn’t that F’ing special !! I’m Beyond Furious!! Sorry for the hideous rant, not sorry!!
