Conductor Job back on the chopping Block!!

Thanks to the yard workers who have days off. Conductor jobs are now back on negotiating table. But on the bright side most of the yard jobs will be taken by conductors who will lose their jobs, and will now have days off.

Wait until they have us after 11 hours on a run to the final terminal have us switch the yard and set up engines for a outbound trip and the yard crew is out for beans or elsewhere and they will deny our claims and pay for that.

The Smart website is for D-mb people, you sold yourself out.
Somebody tell Smart to ask for more money and days off instead of sitting on their thumbs then wondering where that smell is coming from during lunch.

Contract is garbage and ANYONE who voted yes sold themselves out.

Time to repeal the railroad labor act, a document that was written while slavery was legal shouldn't be dictating labor negotiations in any industry.
The fact that these companies are publicly traded while the government bullies the workforce is disgusting.

LOL um no.

Even the PEB said they likely lack the authority to deal with it at the national level. Oh...and don't forget the FRA is promulgating the rule by the end uof the year.

I give your troll effort 2/10
