One can work from home in India in own time zone. While the rest are penalise for not coming office.

Is those that wfh 2 to 4 days a week that needs to be monitored.. But HR or their managers don't even care.. Cause they are not in office too.

You mean FINANCE AND HR. Work from home as and when they like? Not following the rest?
