Perhaps the manager could try to convince me that it is possible to do all the work that is expected from the employees, but I have enough experience to know that there is no way to do it all. I feel sorry for those who can't find a new job and for that reason still have to be here, because the working conditions are totally inhumane.

My store team could get it done if we had more hours. Sadly they expect us to do a lot more work with limited hours. That math doesn't compute.
I totally agree it’s very hard, no matter how hard you work , what you do it’s never good enough. It is very sad to see this company doing so bad. It used to be a really great place to work. Good Luck with Black Friday
Leave and be appreciated somewhere else more stable.
Stop crying and do your job or leave
I truly wish the place would just fold up the tent. Managers are going to be motivated even more by self interest with their jobs on the line.
