Walmart third quarter same-store sales grew by 8.2%. Huge win as to be expected. Oh is that items sold or adjusted for inflation? Walmart present corporation is taking care of the stockerholders. SEC SEC SEC should check this out. SEC should check out Walmart inventory practices. Cook the books? What is Walmart doing with the 20 billion stock buy back? Walmart should put that back into the company. All a 20 billion stock buy back does is make the board of directors richer. Stock options due come in handy for easy wealth. Walmart cut Billions in contracts . Thoes items will not be sold because they are not here. But same-store sales will increase never the less. Rome burns.

Whew. Bet you are glad this site has spell check.
Can someone kindly explain to me in clear terms….. what is the intent of the post previous to this one?
The disorganized thinking and obvious cranial-rectal inversion aside, that person’s post is absolutely juvenile.
You have no idea how finances work or what the SEC requires in a companies financials. Also, stock holders are more than the board of directors. Stock holder include many employees of Walmart (yes, you can buy Walmart stock at a discount), peoples retirement funds, individual investors as well as funds where people are invested for their future retirement, education, home purchase etc.
If your lack of basic financial education are any indication of your ability to handle your own finances then I pity you and your bank account.

Most often people type (communicate) the same way they speak. I know your confuse and lost. But you are just
trying to compensate for a multi level imbalance you have. See your doctor about your ED, Erectile Dysfunction.
Obviously. the original poster has no knowledge of how business works or how business financials work. Total lack of brains.
Or...more people shop at Walmart when times are hard, and there are still a lot of people out there with money even if many are hurting. We appear to have taken some of this right out of Target's hide. I'm guessing that's true of every business that overlaps in terms of product. Most towns have an "expensive" grocery store that Walmart competes with. You know, the one you go to for fancy cheese when you can afford it, but what Walmart sells is just fine when inflation is eating up your paycheck.
