Working for TIBCO has become a nightmare with a much higher workload for the same pay and toxic management. All the good ones are gone.

The s%£* show is a case study for how change management should not be done. All the planning does not account for the fact that execution without resources will lead to plugging the dam from the weight of cost cutting.

that's the model Herr Krause learned from Hock Tan. go ask anyone at Broadcom.... from what I hear Broadcom is filled with the inept and the destitute.
GTFO while you can
OP here - I used to belong to a team of 10+. There's only 2 of us left after the layoffs... Result? Random people keep coming to us for assistance and management forces us to comply. I am doing the job of what used to be 6 people right now. So yes, a high workload does exist. Maybe you're bored on your side of the business but that does not hold true for everyone.
Much higher workload? I think that is a bunch of bs. You guys haven’t figured out a strategy to execute yet. How could you be that busy? Perhaps it’s uneven and a bunch of the work is falling to the junior team members while the management……..or perhaps there is confusion with the citrix management side. Is that who you are referring to?
That's my plan. I'm working on a couple of potential job offers and if one happens, I'm jumping ship.
