Zulily had another layoff on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. The entire Business Development team was let go. Many talented people were let go. The announcement to the organization was short. An all hands had already been scheduled for that day it was a quick 5 minutes. Team members didn't get to reach out to say bye to their former coworkers. Many people who had been with the company for 5+ years were let go and it seems like none of them were given a proper good bye from leadership. A short email was sent by the CEO saying how a lot of merchandising was already doing the work and that they would be taking over the work of Business Development. Many buyers are overworked from the previous layoff as well as people leaving.

25 in total for that first round yet somehow, it’s not mentioned anywhere in the news like all the other layoffs. Probably because they didn’t want to bring attention to the fact that they let go of the group responsible for growth. Zulily is a joke.
That's terrible. I'm so sorry to hear that. Any idea how many?
