- The mall that it is in has a low occupancy and/or Macy's is the only anchor at the mall.
- Your store has not received a renovation nor has even been maintained. For example, the roof is leaking and ceiling is breaking, store is dark has significant percentage of its lights out.
- The stock is low on the sales floor as well as in the backroom. Meaning there will be a significant amount of empty space on the sales floor even on Black Friday.
- The Toy R US section is small and basic at your store.
- The Christmas decorations at your store are minimal.
