It's going to be very difficult for our remaining folks in the frontline to convince customers to stay. Huge subscription renewal price increases and reduced support is driving them to consider other options from competitors.
And, then there are employees here who encourage them to go by saying "Then leave"
Then leave.
And yeah, sure customers are leaving for Broadcom Horizon.... The business model will be so much better for them over there.
CSG customers are leaving for VMWare Horizon. I know this for a fact. Honestly, I don’t blame them one bit.
On a more positive note, there will be fewer people making this claim, as the workforce continues to shrink at CSG. Smart customers are seeking alternative digital workspace solutions ASAP. No CIO in their right mind wants to deal with the ongoing drama here.
Only 3 days of layoffs this week. Unless they do layoffs on Thanksgiving holiday too.
