- Inattention to Results - Status and Ego; All the ELThave huge egos except TC, CB, and MT. 45% y-o-y decline in TDC stock price, declining top line, high customer and employee attrition.
- Avoidance of Accountability – Low Standards; SM, NC, HA, JW, KCC, SB, DS still in roles, rampant nepotism, and not delivering.
- Lack of Commitments – Ambiguity; Confused or no strategy and lack of direction
- Fear of Conflict – Artificial Harmony; Gushing ELT love fest is a cover-up; they stab each other in the back and talk badly about each other behind the scenes
- Absence of Trust – Invulnerability – Each ELT member has $M’s of stock, two years severance, and full benefits. As actions recently showed, they have little or no compassion for employees.
