I quit Micron not so long ago, and I think I made the right rational decision.
Did not get any raise even though it was due for the last years.
As the result I got a competitive external offer that Micron was not able to.
Overall it is a good company.
Just a reminder that before COVID, leaving Micron automatically meant relocating from Boise, which is not what everyone would like. These times there are so many remote opportunities that completely change the hiring landscape.
