It’s a free country. You can leave and speak out loud
Grass is always greener elsewhere. There are plenty of motivated people that would take your job in a heartbeat.

Some people can’t leave because H1B hiring is minimal these days.

Wish you the best. Although the market will be "flooded" by folks that have left or let go, keep looking. Working in a toxic environment is not worth it. You only live once and there are many companies (and even other industries) that need the talent.
