Companies cannot hide the truth. One of those affected person has to tell their story in the court. The option to those voluntary retiring was you accept the offer or you will be terminated.
If people take volunteer retirement package, can they still sue?
this is sad and pathetic and nobody is stopping them
To avoid attention for age discrimination, companies offer older employee voluntary retirement. Then they can claim they only let go few older people, but reality is that the affected employees are predominantly in the 50+ age group.
