Just got off a a meeting with GF executives and ON Semi executives. massive layoffs at FAB10 come January 2023. Due to the purchase agreement and NYS incentives, they need to hire the employees first in January and then notify of layoffs.

IT staff got whacked Monday. They are outsourcing all IT to an Indian outfit.
Any updates on this? A lot of new people were hired here in the past year.
