This was the worst reorg ever. No rhyme or reasoning why a certain person was moved around or a group broken into shards.
If felt like LT was playing roulette with live people.
This is probably the straw that broke the camel’s back. Expect more attrition from disillusioned engineers.

Where is the glint survey when you need it.
Those company surveys are worthless. Girl on team gave bad reviews about manager and the manager told everyone about it and fired her. Even if they are anonymous, manager made an assumption with who to fire and did it.
Attrition has already accelerated. This was definitely the worst reorg yet. They're just shuffling engineers into teams cause we can't hire any replacements

The last glint survey was in May, and they average every 8-9 months, so we actually might expect another survey in Dec/Jan if they continue that pace.
