audio managers were told to act like everything is fine and it not . It’s sickening and disheartening. I thought it was bad enough to have a boss, audio director, that manages by intimidation and bullying (she’s awful) but now I’m lying to my staff. A staff with families and financial responsibilities. Remember, your loyalty lies within yourself not a company!! We had top producers see the writing on the wall and LEAVE!!! Take note!
If we are fortunate we will see audio executives removed or placed in the field. No one should be a director if they never worked in the field!!!!!
The Q&A was a joke!
Why bother with Questions When It So Obvious only convenient Questions Are Allowed?
It was another meeting full of word riddles and deflection. Disgusting!!! Elliott management should take the lead on the “reorganization” and FINALLY implement their plan! The Q&A was a joke! The level of disrespect and disregard of our lively hood and families is mind blowing! It’s safe to assume layoffs are coming especially when c-suites and president roles are being cleared out. EM NEEDS TO TRY AND RECOUP THEIR MONEY…. Private equity firm = NEEDS TO SHOW A PROFIT ASAP and ONWARD
Do you know what teams are impacted and when that will happen?
In the company-wide broadcast today, the CEO also said there will layoffs in the form of a "reorganization".
He did say that things will remain the same till the end of this year. The real question is if he will honor that commitment.
