Save the company money also work the same hours for more money. I’m no accountant but I think scammi is up to no good.

You don’t need to have enough work! Let me show you how it works, key metric is amount of hours being booked on shop floor, success or failure based on this. Inflate the hours in shop by getting everyone to work overtime, you have created success and all managers get a bonus, what’s not to like. You most likely have spotted the obvious flaw in this model by now, that these hours have not been productive, but have been booked as productive hours. I’ve been here a few years now and have seen this happen every year, quarter and month end no matter whose name has been above the door (and there’s been a few now). Will be a hard one to pull off (Fnarrr Fnarrr) this year with no work in shop.
Do we really have enough work to put in overtime because our market share is frankly embarrassing
