I survived these cuts, but it's impossible to be relaxed here because everyone is already speculating when the next round of layoffs might happen.
Work is overwhelming, but it wouldn't be a big source of stress if, on the other hand, employees could have a little relief, in the sense that they don't have to be constantly thinking about the security of their job.
When all this starts to affect your health, it is a sign that you are actually stuck here and should have left a long time ago.

SM is the one who promoted her: https://contracts.justia.com/companies/teradata-1274/contract/137426/
HA is a chief product officer who is intimidated by technical discussions. VL made the mistake of hiring her.
I am impressed with HA. I never thought someone could be as bad a CPO as RP, but HA blew all the records. She is unbelievably bland and unimpressive.
HA is a crybully. She is what the Chinese call “Baizou”.
I did not survive last week's cut. I am still processing what happened. I am actively looking for a job, and there are positions open for all levels all over the place. Even as I look for another job, my wife says I look less tired and stressed.
Teradata is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. I was part of the products organization. HA is awful and has no pumpkin idea how to run an organization. HA is a bully.
