Seems like pounding sand is about the only thing Aramco can do these days. Not sure there is anybody left who can do much else. Why? Let's see ...
Promoting a manager who was primarily responsible for a huge bunch of skilled employees leaving.
Combining groups to get enough skilled employees to do a job, and then putting said employees into an environment that they are sure to hate and thus leave.
Actively blocking skilled employees from transferring away from a toxic manager who has created tons of turnover already.
Refusing to rate fairly and/or promote skilled employees of whom Aramco has an acute shortage.
Refusing the pay market value when the company recruits for skilled employees who aren't really considered important, even though the company has a desperate shortage of them.
I will warn you right now, if your job involves complexity and working with detail, you will be constantly under valued and left chasing your tail. Management has no clue about the value you provide, therefore you do not provide any value.
