Streaming services operate at a loss, parks are an absolute mess.. Maybe our leadership should finally ask themselves if the business strategy is good and what vision they have for the future of the company, instead of solving all their miscalculations and mistakes by laying off employees?

On the other hand, for many departments WFH has been tremendously successful. I'm at the office now and nobody is there, nobody wants to be there, and production actually slows down there. Those who don't work in direct relation to the parks don't have an issue.
I have nothing to do w/parks and we wish they'd keep WFH.
What’s wrong with this company is their work from home policy. It doesn’t work for a company that’s supposed to provide guest services. I have worked for Disney@FL for 20+ years and I can tell you first hand the level of service has diminished significantly. Whether it’s HSKP only cleaning your room every third day or maintenance taking more than a day to fix something, people wonder why are they paying a premium to stay there. It’s all departments, try calling reservations for something, you will be waiting for 30 minutes or more when in the past it was 5 minutes. When low level managers don’t have to see their boss but two days a week, work suffers because there is no oversight. You have to ask why do we even need so many upper management? But hey, let’s lay-off more low level workers!
