If I got this right, impacted employees receive 60 days on payroll. During that time, they are given an opportunity to find other employment at Amazon. If they fail to do so, they get 2 weeks per year. If they succeed, they get nothing (logical). Also, the minimum is four weeks, so even if you've been at Amazon only for a year, you'll get four weeks. Did I miss something?

Where does this information come from? Is it just the package given to employees laid off this round?
When you are interviewing, make sure you use the d-mba$$ STAR method. "Have you ever been in a situation where you disagreed with your management?" How about right now!
