I don't even want to ask for an explanation or the reasons why I'm still not getting a promotion despite investing huge efforts. I know in advance that I won't get any explanation, except maybe again an empty promise that it could happen sometime soon. In the meantime, it makes me sick when I see the mediocrities who have been promoted.

From reading your post you are a classic GA employee. Lazy as heck, never works and complains that you aren’t promoted! GA isn’t the only game in town and if you are as good as you state then go somewhere else and get the promotion that you deserve! Or are you lazy as heck and know your worth and that is why you stay at GA and complain? Bc you know I’m the real world any other employer would have fired you already
