Webmail user in .eu and .us since 1992 here.
IMHO after having used it productively for couple of months, mail.yandex.com is by far the fastest, cleanest web email client with intuitive UI (easy to use - and check email filters / categorization), no ads and no headaches. Much better than Google or any of the big ones. Highly recommended.
