Layoffs should target upper management instead. They f'd up on hiring and retention strategy, excessive re-orgs. BS over-the-top All Hands meetings, then be secretive about layoffs and put talented Engineers in peril. Build Trust LP BS. Worthless RSU make Engineers run.

• leadership skills necessary: maturity, calm, listening, building consensus
