Every change brings a slight sense of trepidation. I wouldn't like to lose my job, so I doubled my efforts even though I am already on the verge of burnout. Some are visibly demoralized and can barely concentrate on work.
Purely out of curiosity, I would like to know how much this change at the top of the company has affected your work engagement and productivity?
