I used to be proud to work here. Unfortunately, not anymore.
Does it also seem to you that our executives think they are doing great things? My impression is that their inflated egos do not allow them to see things the way they are and admit to themselves that their decisions have very disastrous consequences for WD.

I'm a young NCG and DG's behavior during the All Hands set me off and as a result, I will start looking for a job. Did you notice DG's face when he talked about the rif? He showed a lack of empathy for those employees who were impacted as he was smiling and smirking. Can he be anymore insensitive? I thing he enjoys this. I'm out of here as this is not a culture that I want to be a part of. Management by intimidation.
