He gives $100M away to Dolly, while the Engineers at his company suffer on pay cuts and layoffs and then takes credit as someone so righteous. I call BS. Also fire Andy Jassy for not being transparent about the news. He has a good poker face.

Mr. Bozos cares so damned much about charity, he might consider being more charitable to the people whose lives he is tossing upside down during what is a holiday season to a great many people.
If he wants to be seen as magnanimous, give a severance to those he axed that will support them for a few months, rather than ask the rest of us to see him as such a generous donor.

I was NOT paid for my work and don't aspire to be Dolly. I was given a "worthless" RSU by Jeff's whack job management. More importantly, Jeff stole from the livelihood of many Engineers - that money should be returned. Not righteous.
Jeff can do whatever he wants with his money. You were paid for your work, were you not? You knew the work was at will.
Then work your way to be Dolly.
