Without trust in the leadership, no one will invest too much effort to help create a high performance company. After all, who here still has trust in our leadership? I don't think that many do, so the work performance will drop significantly. The damage is done.

Better late than never, but you should had never trusted this gang of rejects and crooks who have gathered at GF under the title of senior leadership team
True true you guys are right …
But Globalfoundries really went out of there to create a false pretense ….or illusion of loyalty and family. Best example everyone knows - “We go in together we come out together!” Remember that? It’s evil what GF does and it crumbled apart
But again you are right a job is a job. No loyalty and therefore we shouldn’t have loyalty towards our management and leadership. But them on blast for their sins don’t be protect and shield them- it’s a two way street.
Imagine if you had a guy that cut your grass regularly. When he cuts your grass you pay him. If there is long draught and your grass dries up, turns brown and doesn’t grow, you may not need him to cut it. When the drought ends, you’ll need him to cut it again. If he’s not available or mad at you because your grass didn’t grow, you’ll find someone else when needed..
Your employment is a simple arrangement to work and get paid.
You're naïve to trust any employer, ever. There's nothing different about GF than any other company. Show up, get paid, maybe get fired.
Must be a lot of younglings fresh out of school that have not been working long.
I don’t understand why anyone trusts GF, anyway. GF has been known for this type of poor-run business practice. What is annoying is all the bootlicker new hires, over the last couple of years, who praised management on GFCurrent on every single post, is now complaining that “it’s not fair,” and “we feel betrayed!”

Yea it’s game over. Our managers and leaders were pretty bad to begin with but now it’s all out disrespect. But they deserve it. Fu-k them
