They plan to cut 10% north america and high cost centers in round one
Some work will move to qipl as a result, the encouragement is 4 to 1, 4 qipl for 1 high cost
There will be two phases. The 10 percent is overall target, some depts will see more some will see none.
The layoff will occur the "Qualcomm way"
The target might be revised upwards for round two in early 2023.

What was the reason given for laying you off? Are you bottom performer in your team? I heard low performers are let go. Do you know Which teams are mostly affected?
