Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Leadership will run this company into the ground

Sometimes I wonder if they even know what they are doing. Are they aware that they are running the company into the ground? I get really frustrated working for such a badly managed company.

Our leadership will merely blame the employees, which is a direct indictment to extremely poor leadership. A leader less company flailing in the wind with very bullish oil prices on an annual basis. Losing market share and performing about 50% compared to our competitors

If you put people who don’t know the business in management roles you end up losing your business. That was the problem in Aberdeen and everyone lost their livelihoods. Could see this coming a mile away.

They have started digging. Full China syndrome. Next Baker Hughes merger will be with the Earths core! At which point the Earth will stop spinning due to the companies dynamic inertia. Happy trails!

They have already run it in the ground. Dividend more than profits, continually losing market share. We're already in a slow death spiral
