Stared with my onboarding/embark plan and HR training about two weeks ago... I am a data engineer, L5... I am super-stressed and I just started. I spent 11 years with the company that I've left, I should have not makde the move. Oh, well - cannot revert things now...

Your resume and linked-in info should be fresh. Get that circulated and you will be ahead of this and other tech cuts in the industry. The worse case is that you decline another offer.
