I don't know about you, but I'm getting really tired of seeing our techs and engineers get cut. I can't imagine how we could lose any more than we already have. We're running on fumes now, and the only thing that seems to be growing is the amount of useless management in the company.

Meh my manager thinks he is a dev so no change there
At this rate we will need to demote managers back to engineers to fill the deficit
It doesn't help when we're on calls and one guy within the digital marketing "COE" thinks he can do everyone's job (i.e. engineer, dev, technical). And the ELT believes him.
